Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and IBEX Solutions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“we”, “us”), for your use of the SparkRoll app and website (“SparkRoll”). By using SparkRoll you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. Who can use SparkRoll

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. If you use SparkRoll for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use SparkRoll, so your plan and coins follow you between phones and the web. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You can delete it at any time (see our account deletion page).

3. Your content

Your videos, photos, words and the edits you make are yours. To give you SparkRoll, you allow us to process the parts we need (for example, the words spoken in a video when you ask for an AI edit), only to provide the features you use. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t publish it.

You are responsible for what you edit and share. Make sure you have the rights to it, including music, footage and the people who appear in it, and that it follows the rules of wherever you post it.

4. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest edits, hooks and text. AI can be wrong or unsuitable, so review the result before you post. Please report anything offensive or harmful in the app. Don’t use AI features to create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or harmful to others.

5. Plans, coins and the free trial

• Coins are credits for AI features. Every message to the AI chat costs at least 1 coin, including questions and changes your phone makes itself; bigger AI jobs cost more, and the app shows the cost before you send. The editing tools you use by hand are free.
• Plans (Starter weekly, Pro and Elite monthly) include coins for each week or month. A plan’s coins are used before coins you bought, and unused plan coins don’t carry over to the next period. The Coin Booster adds coins each month on top of a plan.
• Auto-renewal: plans renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Google Play, the App Store, or on sparkroll.app for a plan bought there. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trial: the Pro trial lasts 3 days and covers a set number of videos and AI messages, shown before you start. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes Pro at the monthly price.
• Coin packs you buy don’t expire. On Pro and Elite, and on our website, packs include the bonus coins shown at purchase.
• Payments go through Google Play, the App Store, or Stripe on our website, under their terms. New accounts may receive free welcome coins once.
• Coins have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and aren’t refunded for AI results you didn’t like. Refunds of payments follow the store’s policy, or the law where it requires one. If a payment is refunded, its coins are removed.
• We may change prices, plan contents and what features cost in coins. Changes to a plan’s price apply from your next renewal, after the store tells you.
• Daily limits on AI use apply to each plan, so the service stays fast and fair for everyone.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use SparkRoll to break the law or anyone’s rights, to harass people, or to make sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content. Don’t try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer SparkRoll or its server, get around its limits, or access other people’s data. Requests the AI refuses still cost their coins, and repeated refused requests pause AI editing on the account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. SparkRoll itself

SparkRoll, its design, templates, effects and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own content while you follow these terms. Music and assets bundled in the app are licensed for use in the videos you make with it.

8. Changes and availability

We improve SparkRoll often and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep it available but can’t promise it will always work without interruption. Editing on your phone keeps working without an internet connection. AI features need one.

9. Disclaimer

SparkRoll is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or content. Our total liability for any claim about SparkRoll is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending

You can stop using SparkRoll and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 3 (the last paragraph), 9, 10 and 12 continue after that.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them locally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. If you keep using SparkRoll after that, the new terms apply.
