Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open SparkRoll and tap Profile.
Tap Account, then Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@sparkroll.app from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm. If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that account’s email address.

What is deleted

Your email address, name and password.
Your Google or Apple sign-in link, and every signed-in device.
Your coin balance. Unused coins can’t be restored or refunded after deletion.

What is kept

Records of purchases and coins used, for accounting and tax, without your email or name.
That a report about AI text was sent, without its text, your email or your name.

Videos and projects are on your phone, not on our server. They are removed when you uninstall the app.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t stop billing in Google Play or the App Store. Cancel the subscription there first (Google Play: Payments & subscriptions; iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). A plan bought on sparkroll.app is cancelled with the account.
